LTBDESIGNZ is 100% committed to making you happy. Each Product is hand checked by a member of LTBDESIGNZ before it goes out the door to ensure you get the best! While we put in our best efforts to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen.
If you discover a misprint/damage/defect in the product you have received, please take pictures of the defect and E-mail ltbdesignz@gmail.com within 4weeks upon receiving the order. The pictures of the product must show that the product is unused, has all the tags intact and we will work with you until you are satisfied.
For Packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted to ltbdesignz@gmail.com no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Please note that we do not offer Returns or Refunds due to the nature of the product.
